A big part of brasserie dining is its weekend brunch. What better way to spend a weekend languishing over a delicious breakfast/ brunch, one that is served every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-1pm at Langleys Restaurant.

 

 

The popular choice: Langleys’ full english breakfast comes with the eggs cooked to your choice, bacon, Cumberland sausage, and all the delicious trimmings. We also offer a vegetarian choice of an english breakfast, with eggs cooked to your liking, hash browns, grilled halloumi, mushrooms and fresh tomatoes. Crispy sourdough bread is again a perfect complement to the good ol’ fry up!

 

For a more elegant option that pairs scrumptiously with a fine brunch cocktail is the choice of eggs Royale, Florentine and Benedict --which remains a favourite, coated in a creamy hollandaise made in house by our team of chefs. 

 

Starting up early over the weekend, our chefs prepare the sauces fresh that morning. For those wanting a hearty bit of just sausage or bacon, try them on our toasted brioche or sourdough. And to enjoy the full brasserie experience at Langleys, pair up your breakfast with our brunch cocktails like our very own Bellini (of passion fruit, strawberry, apple, raspberry, peach), or for the more adventurous --a Virgin/ Bloody Mary. An aperol sun (mix of Aperol, orange juice and Prosecco) makes a good complement too. We also have a choice of fresh squeezed orange, pineapple and carrot juices. 

 

 

Only the freshest of ingredients apply and are made from scratch. Our kitchen brings you a brasserie style breakfast to give you a head start to your weekend. We are also happy to announce that we now have our own in-house baker to bring you the freshest breads everyday.
